Sometimes congress passes foolish laws and the president enacts them. An example: George w. Bush enacted a law banishing incandescent light bulbs. This was done without due regard to the possibility that there are applications which require an incandescent bulb. Obamacare is another example where even Senator Max Baucus, one of its authors, has called it a "train wreck". With all of the groups that have been exempted, perhaps a global exemption should be granted.
